Meet Jessie Zamudio

I grew up in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a first generation Mexican American. My parents came to this country in pursuit of a better life, what many call the American Dream. They didn’t have much, but what they did have was a relentless work ethic and an unshakable commitment to family. I watched them work tirelessly to provide opportunities for me that they never had. That example, their grind, their resilience, their sacrifices, shaped the foundation of who I am today.

As a kid, I was overweight and didn’t have a clear path or direction. That all changed when I discovered soccer at the age of 9. What started as just a sport quickly became something much deeper. Soccer gave me purpose. It motivated me to get in shape, eat better, and commit to something bigger than myself. It was my first passion, my first goal, and the first thing that taught me how discipline creates transformation.

The game took me further than I could’ve imagined. I earned a college scholarship to play at Davenport University and eventually went on to represent the United States as a member of the U.S. Men’s Futsal National Team. But the road was never easy. I wasn’t the most talented player starting out. I got cut from teams. I heard "no" a lot more than I heard "yes." But I learned to embrace the grind. I stayed after practice. I trained alone. I put in the hours when no one was watching. And while I didn’t become a professional soccer player, I became something even more valuable: someone who understands the power of growth, mindset, and perseverance.

Those lessons carried into the next chapter of my life: entrepreneurship. I launched my first business at 21, running personal soccer training sessions while coaching on the side. I knew deep down that building something of my own was the key to true freedom, the ability to choose how I spend my time, who I work with, and the impact I make. That mindset has driven every business I’ve built since, from real estate to mentorship.

Today, I wear many hats: father, husband, entrepreneur, coach. But who I truly am goes beyond any title. I’m someone deeply committed to my purpose, helping others become the best version of themselves. Whether it's mentoring youth athletes, supporting first generation entrepreneurs, or simply showing up with intention every day, I believe in using my gifts to serve.

I’m here to build, to lead, and to elevate everyone I encounter. If you’re someone chasing growth, I’m here to remind you it’s possible. With the right mindset, the right people around you, and a willingness to show up consistently, your life can change.

Let’s build something that lasts.
