Completing between 25 to 30 properties annually, we specialize in everything from full gut renovations to high-impact cosmetic updates. Our vertically integrated approach allows us to move quickly and efficiently, handling acquisitions, project management, construction, and resale in-house. We pride ourselves on delivering beautifully updated homes that meet the demands of modern buyers while maintaining a strong return on investment. We currently own and self-manage a portfolio of 25 single-family and small multi-family units, with strategic plans to acquire 7–10 additional units each year. By investing in desirable locations and maintaining high standards for property condition and tenant experience, we are building a sustainable, income-generating portfolio designed to perform in both strong and soft markets.
