  • We operate a full-scale residential flipping business focused on revitalizing homes and neighborhoods in West Michigan. Completing between 25 to 30 properties annually, we specialize in everything from full gut renovations to high-impact cosmetic updates. Our vertically integrated approach allows us to move quickly and efficiently, handling acquisitions, project management, construction, and resale in-house. We pride ourselves on delivering beautifully updated homes that meet the demands of modern buyers while maintaining a strong return on investment. Our success is built on a foundation of disciplined project evaluation, expert craftsmanship, and a focus on quality and speed.

Residential Rental Portfolio

  • Our residential rental business focuses on acquiring and managing long-term rental properties that offer stable cash flow and long-term value. We currently own and self-manage a portfolio of 25 single-family and small multi-family units, with strategic plans to acquire 7–10 additional units each year. Our management style emphasizes tenant satisfaction, preventative maintenance, and strong financial oversight. By investing in desirable locations and maintaining high standards for property condition and tenant experience, we are building a sustainable, income-generating portfolio designed to perform in both strong and soft markets.

New Residential Construction

  • We are actively launching our new residential construction division to expand our footprint in the Michigan housing market. This new venture will focus on building single-family or multi-family homes with thoughtful design, modern finishes, and efficient layouts that appeal to today’s buyers. Backed by our experience in flipping and project management, we bring a deep understanding of timelines, budgets, and what truly adds value to a property. Our goal is to create homes that not only meet market demand but also contribute to the growth and revitalization of the communities we serve.
